The season of life right now that I am in is a busy one. I'll just say that for sure. God has blessed me with a lot, and a lot is going on. I am working 40 hours a week trying to save for life in the future and the car payments that I owe yet, and its taking from my family life. But, I guess that is part of growing up in this season of life. I just feel like I am always running, but today God blessed me with the opportunity to get off work early and spend some quiet time outside in His gorgeous creation. I was sitting outside reading my Brio magazine that my grandparents get for me each month, and I found some relatable articles in there about life. It was refreshing to just sit there and read for once.
This week has been a busy one. I had the opportunity to help out as a counselor in my church's vacation Bible school and it has been very rewarding to do so :) . I like getting to work with kids and talk to them about Jesus and life.
Jesus has blessed me with such a wonderful summer. It's been a lot of fun and a lot of work. I think it's been a pretty good balance. I've also gotten to spend a lot of time with my boyfriend and getting to know him even better!
Things I know I need to work on now that I'm out of school is making more time for my family and getting into a better everday routine. I'm praying that God will help me as I try to do that and honor HIM. I am still asking Him to show me HIS will instead of me trying to make plans for my everyday life, and I pray that He will use me to bring Glory to Him.
